Training

Our employees are encouraged to attend seminars, schools, and training programs through our tuition reimbursement program. This includes electrical code and calculation classes, first aid/CPR training, management training, safety training, and most importantly apprenticeship training. Our apprentices are trained in the Associated Builders and Contractors sponsored Construction Industry Training Council of Colorado or the Independent Electrical Contractors four-year electrical training program. Trained trades people complete the job in an organized and efficient manner, “Done right the first time”.
